WHO IS GOD AND HOW HE GUIDES

God is not visible. He cannot be seen by human beings.

God does not have parents. He does not bear children.

God is one. He is not two or three or twenty.

There is only one true God alone. There is none other.

God is alone and unique. He has no equals and no partners.

God does create, and He does guide.

God sends angels and men as messengers to communicate His message to mankind.

God sent as His messengers to humanity Abraham, Moses, David, Solomon, Jesus and Mohammed.

Muhammed is least understood and least appreciated although he is the greatest messenger from God to mankind. His enemies promote false propaganda about him even to this day.

Muhammed like all prophets and messengers of God revealed a simple message for the world. He taught people that idol worship is wrong and that they should love their true creator. He said there is life after death. God will gather the dead and bring them back to life on the day of judgement. They will be held to account. What did they do in their life and why. God will be their ultimate judge. He will bless good people with eternal life in Paradise. He will curse evil wicked people with eternal damnation in fire of Hell.

Here is brief life and character of Muhammed the holy messenger of God.

Muhammed was prophet of God. He was born in Mecca 570 years after Jesus. Peace be upon them both.
His parents died when he was still a child of 6. His uncle Abu Talib cared for him. When he reached 25 he married a rich widow Khadija. They had a happy and loving marriage.

When Muhammad was 40, God sent Angel Gabriel to ask him to begin his divine mission of reforming his people. Angel gave his God’s holy book the Koran. In this holy book, God confirms that He had sent holy books before Koran. But men had altered Torah. They changed the Gospel for selfish interests. Priests had added to and deleted from words of God in the Bible. But now, God had sent again his pure book Koran for guidance of mankind. In the Koran, God urges a person to live a life of justice and mercy. To live life of compassion and be fair to others is the heart of divine teachings in the holy Koran.

Angel Gabriel came and gave this message to Muhammed as he meditated in on top of a mountain. Muhammed came and told his wife and his family what had happened. His wife and few others converted but most rejected his message. At first they mocked him but after a while they began to persecute the messenger of God.

Muhammad simply asked them to believe in the true creator of the universe and love him. This was the only to happiness and salvation. But people began to oppress Muhammad and eventually drove him out of his city. He was given refuge in Medina in the north. He continued to preach God’s message for the world. He encouraged people to use their intellect and seek knowledge always. He taught respect for parents. He said paradise lies under your mother’s feet. If you do not please your own mother then you cannot please God. God will not be happy with you until your mother is happy with you. Chidlren therefore all love their parents and stay with them even in old age. Muhammed also taught immense care for neighbours. He said do not leave your neighbour hungry. If you eat food while your neighbour sleeps hungry, then you are not a believer of God. Muhammed reformed lives of many pagans.

Muhammad was attacked by his enemies. He defended himself and his followers. Enemies of truth did not like him or his teachings. They launched wars upon Muhammed. But God aided His holy messenger. With God's help Muhammad was able to defeat his enemies.

Eventually Muhammed died in 630 and left Ali as heir. Ali was married to Fatima, the daughter of Muhammed. Arabs hated Ali. They killed Ali and his children. Muhammed’s grandson Husayn was killed at Karbala simply for refusing to give allegiance to an evil dictator Yazid.

God bless Muhammed and his family.

Sinless Guides

ERROR-FREE TEACHERS

Shia Muslims believe in only those men who are chosen by God Almighty. This is because Guides selected by God provide us with accurate information about God and what He Wills and Commands.

Shias believe that every nation has its own Divine Guides sent by God. People of the world are provided with True Divine Guidance. God sent His teachers to all people on Earth. They all said God sent them as His Holy Messengers. Israelis had Moses. Iraqis had Abraham. India had Buddha. China had Confucius. Even the lost tribes were not ignored By God. Amazon tribes had their own Prophets from God. Native Americans were sent their Holy Teachers. Aborigines were taught by Divine Messengers. Aztecs also had their own Guides from God. No nation was left guideless. Incas and Mayas were taught by the Wise Men from God. Muhammad was the Greatest Messenger sent by God. That is how God makes sure that Seekers of Truth throughout history and in every part of the world receive His True Teachings. That is the Law of God. That is His Mercy and Love towards Humanity. God says in his book Holy Quran that every nation had a Guide. Peace is upon all the Holy Messengers.

Who Changed Purity into Impurity

However, it is sad to say that over the centuries some liars had corrupted the message given by God. For example, the experts admit that the Holy Bible had been altered. Rabbis added their own words to the Torah. They fabricated lies to make God’s Prophets appear to be of bad character. Historians say that New Testament of Christians was also altered. Priests changed words of Jesus. Jesus claimed to be only a Messenger from God. But Paul made him into God. Paul and others after him changed the message of Jesus. Paul was an enemy of Jesus. He infiltrated Christians to mislead them. Many other selfish men invented a false accusation on Jesus and his Holy Mother. Original text of the Bible was corrupted. Some books from God were not even recognised by the priests of Jews and Christians. But God wants to restore His Pure Teachings. God sent Muhammad in the year 570 to deliver once again the Divine Teachings in their Original Purity. In the Holy Book called Quran [Koran], God has Perfected all the previous Messages that He had revealed since the beginning of history.

Short Summary of Teaching of Prophet Muhammad

Prophet Muhammad was born in Mecca in 570. He was the Messenger from God.

We should live by His Laws. This is best for us. It leads to real happiness. Prophet told people what God wants from them. He taught us to live justly. God bless Prophet Muhammad and his holy descendents.

Greatest Commandments

We love God with all our hearts and all our minds.
And we love our neighbours as ourselves.
These are the greatests commandments of God.

We all know that sooner or later we will all die.
We will all leave this Earth. There is no escape.
God has set as an absolute law: "Every soul shall taste death".

And after death begins a new life, non-ending existence.

We will be held to account for out behaviour on this life.

Those who took the path of darkness and hatred will be doomed.

Those who walked the path of love, will be happy and saved.

MUHAMMAD THE PERFECT ROLE MODEL

God sent Prophet Muhammad, a perfect role model to teach and guide humanity.

Prophet Muhammad was a good man. He was very honest. He never any lie. People of his community trusted him. People kept their valuables in his home. They knew that their goods will be safe with the Prophet. He was a very trustworthy man. Prophet was also very just. He always acted fairly. People used to call him to sort of disputes. If there was a fight among members of the community, the people called the Prophet to come and judge between them. They knew he would not take sides. Prophet would always hear everyone. He would give his own honest and fair judgement. People would accept Prophet’s final decision.

Prophet Muhammad taught three things to the people. (1) How to live a good live. (2) Who is the God the Creator of the Universe. (3) What would happen to the soul after death.

Holy Prophet said that God loves life of honesty and justice. If you live your life honestly you will be happy. Acting fairly and justly is what brings you peace of mind and happiness. Therefore, you should give up lying, cheating and deceiving others. You should try to speak the truth. You should behave as fairly as you can. When you grow old and die, you will go to heaven. But if you continue to lie to people, then God will not like you. People will not like you either. If you treat people unfairly, people will not like you either. If you did bad things in your life then you will be punished on Judgement Day. It comes in the next life. People will be resurrected by God. They will have to account for their actions.

Prophet said God is our Creator. He created the whole universe with a big bang. There is only one God. There are no other gods. He is the Greatest. He made the laws that run the universe. He created you in your mother's womb. God is the one who puts a soul in your body. God gave you life when you were tiny baby. God is perfect. God is not a physical thing. He is Light. Our eyes cannot see Him. God sees you all the time. He can hear you everywhere. He knows what is in your heart. He knows everything. God is all powerful. He can reward you or punish you depending on your behaviour. God has power over all things.
